We strive to provide top-quality cleaning services. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra cost (within reason).

6. Liability

  • While we take every precaution, Fresh N Shine is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property or items.

  • We are not responsible for any loss caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Cancellations & No Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may incur a fee.

  • If our team is unable to access the property at the confirmed time, a call-out charge may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Fresh N Shine and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms
